Our mobile marketing research shows us one thing that is becoming irrefutable: mobile marketing leads are better. They convert to customers more frequently than web leads do. That’s a fact. But why?
Here are 4 reasons mobile marketing leads are better:
1. Mobile leads are typically phone calls. Other marketing channels produce web form fill-outs or web traffic. Those leads only convert to customers 2% to 6% of the time. Mobile marketing, on the other hand, typically produces phone calls. Phone calls convert 10x to 15x more frequently than web leads. In short: phone calls are very good leads and mobile is good at producing phone calls.
2. Mobile leads take action quickly. We’ve all tried to calculate what our prospects’ usual buying cycle is. It could be weeks, months or years.
