Yesterday, we looked at the issues your ideal customer faces in his/her business. Today we will look at the ways your ideal customer may resolve those issues. It is important to understand how he/she resolves issues, because it lets you judge the character of your customer account.
Are they conciliatory, respectful and democratic? Or is the CEO hostile and like a dictatorship? Or is it somewhere in the middle? These questions will help you decide if you can do business with this company, and how to market to them.
